Cellphone Claims

After numerous attempts trying to get any feedback for Admin plus insurance and the person that was handling my claim. I must say I had the worst experience cause the claim was filled in February nobody communicated to me about the Outstanding documents that was needed up until the claim was suspended again I was not told Yet deduction Monthly is being made. So kept sending Emails requesting feedback or any kind of communication. However today I received a call from a lovely, professional hardworking lady called Sibongile from the complain department of Admin .I must say she was very efficient and helpful she took it upon herself to ensure to give me a proper feedback going forward on now my claim is back on list. She did her best to help me I just hope going forward now things will go smoothly. Again keep up the good work Sibongiseni🙏
