Cell phone insurance

I have claimed for a new a phone since last till today haven't received any replacement I submitted everything that was required from me I even paid their access fee till today they don't answer their phone when they do they put the aside you can actually hear them chatting on the background and phones ringing non stop can I please be assisted im so frustrated
