very excellent and thanks to Hanny Letswalo for his excellent work and professionalism , specially after taking over from Bongiwe Malgas my 1st (claim handler) that I reported to the complaint's department and Hanny was assign to take over after she couldn't help me due to pride I think or lack of experience. I wouldn't have spoken about her or reported her but she didn't reply my emails after I repeatedly mailed her and she still didn't apologize for wasting my time and being silent or not contacting me before I could think twice
