Cash refund

Admin plus is the most unreliable insurance ever I made a claim on the 9th of feb and they didn’t have my device they advised to send a cash refund of R15000 but was short paid was paid R13500 on the 2nd of march then called on the 3rd of march and still nothing I just keep being sent from pillar to strength I’ve spoken to Monique and Aqeeda Green and they didn’t assist me with anything I’ve sent them countless emails no reply , tried their WhatsApp line , Facebook and the complaints department and no one seems to be taking my issue seriously , Claim number is 73243 , how I wish Telkom could end their partnership with admin plus cause Finrite was definitely a better insurer than these fools admin plus .
