Cancellation of Insurance for cellphone request

Cancellation of Insurance for cellphone request - I sent an email numerous times for cancellation of the insurance on the contract that I have with Telkom. I have called the number and sent emails, as I am covered with new insurance and the debit order is running the 20th June I cannot afford a double debit!
