Cancellation

I tried to cancel my insurance, since September, and they said I should wait 30 days, that was fine, but in October it showed again, so I ask why is it still on, and they said that my 30 days was not over, ohk fine I said so cancel it I will wait another 30 days, just received my invoice and I see it is still on, sooo can you please tell me what is happening, because this is not good service.
