Cancel and refund my money NOW!

I am really irritated with this company. I purchased a phone from Telkom and I enquired about device insurance. I was told that this company is the one that does device insurance for Telkom and I said I would like them to call me back because I need to insure my new device. The consultant at Telkom informed me that the insurance is normally R120 and that the insurance company will call me back for full information about their cover. This was at the beginning of November 2020 and no call back was made in the duration that I was informed of by the Telkom Consultant. To my surprise, their was a deduction taken in December for an insurance that I do not know much about. I have tried calling this company since the 27/12/2020. I have even left multiple call back requests and I have since heard nothing from the company. I would like this cover cancelled and my premium deducted to be refunded. I have received a cover that I understand with my insurance. A callback will be highly appreciated.
