I WAS **** BY YOUR INSURANCE I bought a cell phone contract telkom 2022 January and I Insure my phone with telkom now my phone is lost they did not tell about the access fee now when I claim they tell me that they need to check the access fee the value of the phone R3700 now I have been paying R144x19= R2736+R1125 access fee =R3861 this unfair telkom insurance is a **** they don't disclose the access fee I wanted to how do they calculate the access I did my own calculations the value of the phone that they are giving me is R5000x15%=R750 of wish the access fee was sapose to be R750 because and they have over charge me they calculated R7500x15 =R1125 but they have choose a that I don't want and they where sapose to give me the phone at least with the value of R7000 not the 1 they are giving me I'm not happy at all and they take 2 weeks for the claim before I used hollard it was 48hours claim NO TLK120711
