Bad services

I took my cell phone insurance with telkom admin plus insurance. Bad service ever, its been a week trying to get hold of them with no luck. Everyday they keep telling me that the person who is supposed to help me is busy will get back to me. I tried sending emails with no response . I claimed my lost phone in the past 5 weeks, I dnt have a phone as I am talking now but they are busy deducting my money. Its a money down the draonage. I would not advise anyone to use them, everyone is crying. I am definitely cutting ties with them immediately when they give me a new phone.
