bad service from Justin Barends

the service i got i am really not happy about, i was given the option of upgrading myself with a phone that i lost. it was easy for them to give me an option and prices i could choose with an extra amount to pay apart from my excess but when it comes to options i want they say i cant choose . i could choose what GB phone i wanted but i was not given any option i wanted for 1 or 2 sim cards.
