Bad Service
I've submitted my cellphone claim almost 3 weeks ago. The only reply when I email is the claim was assigned. I must phone and Email because no one is getting in contact with you. I'm very disappointed at the level of service and when you call the agents drop the line after you hold so long. Bad service.
