Bad Service

I made a claim on January since my phone was ****** and I send them all the required documents needed and wcin now they haven't responded anything with my claim , I can sit around an hour on the phone waiting for them to answer and then they never answer any calls. Yet they are debiting the money each month, for what I dont know, this is totally unacceptable that they dont responded to email and also their calls, I regret on taking this insurance. Everyone who is planning to have them to be their insurer will be making a big mistake because they are unprofessional.
