Bad service by telkom n adminplus

Since the 5th of November 2020 admin plus has not responded to my claim even tried to do walk ins at the telkom store hoping to get them to help me with the claim but i was told their not involved with the third party,the funny part the so called third party was introduced to me by telkom staff as the best insurance company but now im on my own mind u i was doing the walk ins while i was highly pregnant now im nursing my newborn,the question is why must i continue being loyal to both companies paying my premiums simply to protect my name from being black listed but i dont get the service i was promised why must we suffer as consumers
