Bad Service and feeling ****ed

I have been insured with Admin plus for 9 months, last month in May 26, I got pick pocketed made a claim on the 27th of May but till now I haven't gotten my device and I had paid the access fee that was required, instead of getting the device the telling me that I need to top up the access fee or settle for a lower valued device.
