Bad service and false accusations

My claim was rejected by admin plus after they took almost a month to respond to me giving me back and forth it’s didn’t take the 48 hours they always mention. Thereafter the reject it with the reason that I skipped monthly premiums whereas that is not true I even went to Telkom after the claim resolution and they also confirmed everything is up to date and no monthly premiums were skipped. I have been paying all along now that it’s time I claim as my cellphone was ****** they give me problems and they give me false accusations that I have skipped monthly premiums which is not true!!!
