Bad service adminplus and telkom

What a disaster insurance I took insurance to my sumsung z fold in 2001 and I got ****** in July 18 2023 I put a claim till today they haven't replace my device, yooh that's a bad service they also send me rejection letter and say I'm owing telkom wheas telkom says I'm not owing anything but they don't interven and are the 1 deducting my account every month so adminplus and telkom works together to rob people I hate the day I joined telkom with it's culprit adminplus their service are so poor today it's the 06 September 2023 I haven't got my device
