Bad service (Admin Plus insurance company)

Admin Plus insurance.. Their service is really bad the worse insurance company I ever came across paying insurance for 2years almost and when you claim they beat around the bush everytime you get in contact with them regarding your claim.. I put in a claim almost over 2months ago yet no respond from them I have send them dozen of emails yet they haven't came back to me with feedback to wat the problem is if there is a problem.. Won't advise anyone to take out insurance by them worse experience ever I had with a insurance company...
