Bad service

I lost my phone four months ago, I submitted the claim and all the necessary documents, they gave me hell telling me that they can't see the police stamp on my affidavit 2 months later after having submitted the claim. Then they sent me an email to say they are busy selecting a device for me around October, I am still waiting. They don't give you updates about how far they are with the process. This is the worst service I've ever Received.
