Bad Service

Good day

Can someone please tell me who I can speak to at Admin Plus Insurance.

I have been waiting for some kind of feedback from admin plus regarding my claim but have not received any feedback since the 23rd of January 2021. I am really not used to such poor service and would like to get some service. I am paying my insurance & contract fee for all three mobile phones every month without fail and this is what I am getting in return "No Service!!!

Why must I keep following up on my claim??? You are taking my money every month, GIVE ME SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I sent a complaint to *** and no one is getting back to me.
