Bad service

I have never come across such a lousy insurance company. Telkom you need to rethink your choice with Admin plus Insurance, Telkom you are going to lose clients because claims are not being taken seriously. Its been 3 weeks with a claim form submitted but no outcome. They don't answer the phones and emails are worse. Such service is appalling and nothing like their service charter on their website. This company needs to be closed down.
