BAD MOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY

I have logged a claim with Admin plus. they approved the replacing of the mobile device asked for the payment of the excess, Which i paid straight away and emailed proof of payment to whom ever I have still had no body tell me of what is going on. when can I get what I have paid for ???
