Bad insurance

I am disappointed at the services offered by this insurance and how their procedures work.

I recently lost my phone and it took them over 3 weeks to return to me only for them to decline my claim with reasons that honestly don’t make sense… I had to call MTN every other day to check an update about my phone only for them in that 3 week to inform me that my claim is under review with Gaudrisk…

Their communication is also beyond frustrating and their contact details are not there on the internet… I would never on any day insure my phones with MTN insurance (admyntec) never again
