Bad Experience I got from Admin Plus Insurance

I have 3 contracts with Telkom, of which 2 are insured by Admin Plus, I just recently lost one of my phones, Admin Plus have been sending me from pillar to post only because they never updated their system with the new IME Number, of a cell phone I lost more than a year ago. I have been waiting for their response for over 2 weeks now, they keep on telling me where the box of the phone is, I mean who keeps a cellphone box for more than a year. This unfortunately is causing Telkom because I am definitely taking my business somewhere else, I have been a good contract payer of Telkom, but the service I received is bad.
