bad customer service

I sent my cellular phone for repairs under my insurance policy with IstoreInsure ,firstly they never answer the phone when you have a query you will hold for a good 30 minutes only to get a consultant with a bad attitude , secondly what is written on my policy and what they say are two totally different things I feel ****med by this insurance company honestly
