Bad customer service

It's been almost six months now since Noviwe Nomzaza promised to arranged for the collection of my handset for re-assessment and to date it has not been done despite thousands of calls I made daily to her. <br> <br> The whole country is falling down because of bad customer service we receive from people like Noviwe.<br> <br> Why must we always go to extreme measures before we get the right kind of service we deserve?
