Bad Claims Service

I am utterly disappointed with the service of Admin Plus Insurance. I have not received any feedback with my claim which was submitted in January. The last correspondence received was on the 8th of February from their consultant Hanny Letswalo whom I have not received any feedback after countless emails not being responded to. I would definitely not refer anyone to them as their service is really shattering.
