Bad bad insurance

Bad bad service I am not satisfied with their service as I insured my phone 2 years ago and I lost it two months ago and the device that I insured is no longer available so now they are offering me a device which is less value of my phone and they don't want to give me other options. Their consultants is arrogant I will never advise anyone to insure with this company because their service is *******
