Your service is so bad,. You guys take ages replying nor assisting one or never at all. One has to be harsh on you guys or threaten to escalate the matter further. You are so bad bad,. You are the reason why people don't even own any insurance. To top it up, your clientele or reception personal is so rude and disrespectful,.
