Awaiting my money back over 2 years and they cancel it with no reason

I’m awaiting feed back for pass 3 weeks from Sylvia the owner of the company regarding my matter that’s they debit February nothing in march I call in they told me it’s cancelled and will send the payment back I’ve been paying insurance 2years no claims done she said she will investigate the matter still no action takin or responding to my mail this company needs to be stopped I wish I read reviews before taking it I want my money all back that I paid for insurance
