Avoid Telkom Admin Plus insurance - Very Poor service

Terrible Service 👎 Telkom Admin plus service is pathetic and they're full of lies. They don't respond to emails when enquiring about the status of your claim. I have over 7 devices insured with them but I am treated like I am nobody. I am really tired of their empty promises. How can a supply take more than 24 hours to respond??? are you getting these phones free from your supplier.... i a sensing a lot of *******ion here.... there are lots of suppliers that will be willing to step in and serious about business. Yumna and Raquel - i am disappointed that you not treating my claim with urgency as i have to phone everyday to check. Your customer service is very bad. You don't value me as your customer yet i am spending almost R2000 every month to Telkom Admin Plus. As a customer i am paying your salary and your business is nothing. Due to the delay in this claim had to get a new Iphone from Telkom and the only insurance that they use is Admin Plus which is very sad .... so i had no choice but to take the Telkom insurance.

I will be writing to the BCX CEO to inform him of this poor service experience as i intend to change the service provider. i spend close to R35k a month to Telkom yet i get such bad service
