Assist Please

I really need assistance guys. My claims handler is Jody under Telkom insurance.. He quotes me for a y70 at R5500(1000 access) which the same phone retails at R5000 (R500) initial agreed amoutlnt I sent I'm avidence supporting this.. Asked to speak to a senior he refuses.. Please can someone help admin plus is literally letting me down.. I have never missed payment been with u guys for 5years now and seeing such is really disappointing.
