Appalling service - Admin Plus Insurance

Honestly, this has to be the worst insurance provider, affiliated to Telkom Mobile. I submitted an insurance claim for a my ****** device on the 9th of August and I haven't received any confirmation of receipt.

So, the following Wednesday, I call in their offices myself and after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes, i finally get answered and the lady tells me that my claim was not captured, thus I have to start again. I do that, and still, no confirmation.

I sent in numerous emails, following an online and manual claim submission and only today, on the 17th, do I get an email from someone saying that there are missing documents, that i know for a fact i sent them together with the manual, the online plus a separate email containing them.

What frustrates me the most is that I have never missed a single payment/premium, yet I'm being treated as if this is a free service.

Appalling service, extremely so
