I’ve called admin plus last year November to cancel my cellphone insurance and they’ve advised that I need to send an email with the cancellation request. I’ve sent an email in November with all the details I needed to include for my cancellation to be processed and I didn’t receive a response. I’ve sent another email and there wasn’t any response. I’ve received multiple messages advising me of the money I owe and that the information will reflect negatively on my credit report.

What does it take to cancel my cellphone insurance?
