Admit Plus Insurance dissatisfaction

I had to logg my claim after loosing my devices. To put in my claim I struggled as their online system was not responding and they were not taking any of my calls. Did manage to log it 3days later after so much struggle however it's been weeks now and I haven't heard anything from them. Tried calling to make a follow up and there is still no any answer on their line and none of their emails are going through, tried again this morning but the agent who answered dropped the phone on my ear and no one ever answered again when I redialed. Paying admin plus insurance was a totally was bad move cause clearly customer service it's quite dissatisfying. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone.
