Adminplus - Worst insurance ever

#Claim Ref -- 55127 ---------------------- I was hijacked on the 24th of April and lost both my phone huawei mate 20 lite. I have been a long client with Telkom and have had many insurance that have been claim free. For the first time i am actually in need cause as per police report i lost my valuables. I presented every document, I must have called daily and i am still paying for this insurance but am told that it is being declined because of using different sim (Which by the way are both registered with telkom) and the phone is a dual sim ???? I then was sent a run around for a policy wording document that believe it or not does not have my name and i have never received or ever signed as when i joined i signed for finrite administrators and never with admin plus.

The document does not state you have to use one simcard for a dual sim number. I then proved that my phone was open on 22 April when they said i last used my phone on the 16th which is also false. I had to go to my google to show that i was using the phone.

For a person who has endured so much trauma - I really think i should have been treated fairly. I have had almost 4 insurances with @telkom and never claimed for a lost phone ever. This for me is shocking as a client. I have twittered and still i am told to wait its been more then 5 days. What have i not provided or done to deserve such treatment. So many years and this is the way i have to exit ?

When we insure valuables , we insure for times in need. The supplier you have chosen does not understand that. I Really believe as telkom you also have to assist me as your client to resolve this matter. Its long and i am getting zero response from Adminplus - I need clarity and closure.
