ADMINPLUS (TELKOM INSURANCE)POOR SERVICE

I have just logged a claim with admin plus,tried calling them to confirm if they received the email,their service is very bad,they keep you waiting on a call until you run out of airtime,they don't even bother getting back to me.Its not the first time I encounter such ill-treatment from admin plus,7months ayo claimed for a lost cellphone,they sent back and forth up until o gave up on the claim.I wouldn't advise anyone to insure with them.They don't even get back to you,and update you about the progress ,by the time you get your cellphone you will have used a lot of money on airtime.
