Adminplus telkom insurance

I made a claim on the 4th of December 2020 At adminplus, not even one of their consultants ever called me. Am the one who is always calling to check up on my claim. When calling them, I will hold for almost 15 minutes before the answer more than that,

Everyday you call the consultant will tell you to wait for 24 hours they will call me, until today am still follow uping on my claim I did send all the documents they needed from me. I even paid the access fee. I tried communicating with them via email and I was not rep****. Am still waiting for them to tell me when am I getting my device It's the 18th I have not be assist yet
