Adminplus pathetic service

I claimed for a cellphone that was lost with Adminplus and the claim was approved, however, we did not agree on the replacement phone that was shoved on me. After a while I decided it was not worth the hassle and I will accept that phone. To my dismay I was advised by the supervisor on a one liner email that "we no longer deal with those claim, phone 011...." with no person to refer to.

When I phoned the company I was referred to they advise me that they do not have record of my claim and do not know what I am talking about. I sent an emai lto Adminplus supervisor but I am getting ignored with no response.
