Adminplus n Telkom

Im deeply sad and disappointed with telkom store i bought a phone the advise me to take insurance wth adminplus since it was the company they are working with now i lost my phone reported it and did all the asked but the company that i have to contact myself not the store has not come back to me its been over a month now i haven't received anything from them at least to show me they received all the documents,the store gave me the phone number to call the company even now the is no answer i keep going back to the to ask them if the company even exist i need help because im still paying both companies but i dont i have the device since October till now
