Adminplus it's a ****

I lodge a claim. Last week,upload all documents on the link provided by them ever since,I haven't heard from them, when I call to find out it's either consultant hung up my call,or ask me to email same document everyday, they have a link to ask them to call you back,but they don't call,their whatsapp service don't work but it's on their page,please cancel adminplus policies as it serve no purpose and don't value their customers.
