ADMINPLUS IS ***

My cellphone got ****** on the 2nd of September 2022 , I logged a claim with Admin plus PAID access fees required , claim approved for replacement device , Admin plus agent handling my claim called me shortly to advise the replacement device is out of stock , I kindly requested for optional devices as I am without a phone currently , I've been waiting for adminplus to get back to me with the devices its been more than 3 weeks with no device. I called Adminplus today and the agent (Ayanda Luvuyo) rudely hang up the call when I asked to speak to his supervisor because I am tried of his accuses , I am highly disappointed and frustrated with this insurance company ,Admin plus is useless and I do not encourage anyone to take up cellphone insurance with them I am now approaching a new month without a replacement device , I opted to go buy a phone because they just do not care about their clients , I've paid access fee and they are still not getting back to me regarding my claim , I really regret taking up my insurance with them and even taking a cellphone contract with telkom
