The level of incompetence and attitude these consultants have, i sent all realevent claim documents on Sunday 12th November, no response i got, i then called them because they did not bother calling me, they told me i should wait, i waited from monday until today and now that im calling them they keep dropping my call, when i finally got some one she did the same thing others have been doing and hung up on me like what do i do now, i dont have a phone for almost a week and they are giving me runarounds
