Adminplus - BAD SERVICE
3 weeks since my phone was handed over to Telkom for repairs as the phone just stopped switching on. Weekly feedback, they will reach out and get back with no feedback. Miway replaced devices within one week. Santam replaced devices within 5 working days. Why the holdup Adminplus.

I was phoned last week and assured they would reach out to the technician and get back to me the same day.
It's been 6 days with no feedback.
I'm not sure what the next steps are however this has now been going on for more than a month!
