WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH TELKOM AND ADNMINPLUS. Every month they will claim your insurance premium, but when you claim it becomes an issue. They promise a 72 hour turnaround time, only for you to be responded a week later for the approval of the claim, and you are still expected to wait even longer for the delivery of your phone. In addition to that they never have stock on the devices that you have insured and you are always offered an alternative that is forced on you irrespective of whether you are happy with it or not. I have had the worst experience with them, numerous unsuccessful calls that are dropped once you reach the operator after holding for so long, which is an additional expense on my side. I have spoken to many operators who have been sending me from pillar to post, yet prove to be a waste of time. Numerous emails and follow-ups have been send only to receive a response a week later. Their service is appalling and they have no sense of urgency on replacing your device, while you have to suffer the consequences of going on without your device! Its unfortunate that Telkom has to be dragged into this because they have outsourced their insurance to a company that is ***********!
