Please please explain to me how Ive completed my claim which took over 4 months to process verify and approve because of overall ****ty management and gross incompetence WAS HANDED OVER TO 4 different agents to try to block 1 phone. waited over 5 months finally got approval. Paid an excess of over 15 000 and then on the day I send the proof of payment I get an email stating that Worldwide Advisory Services will be taking over all claims from here on out and not to worry since this wont effect me in any way shape or form. FIRST EMAIL I GET these people are asking for supporting documents to verify a claim reference to a DEVICE THAT WAS ALREADY APPROVED. Fine I send them the number they then ask me to send documents THAT ARE IN THE ****** ticket under the reference number. At this point I started thinking Im getting ****med I've gotten emails from 4 people under this WWAS whatnot and all of them have a name and one initial. Celimpilo N, BoniweM, NtokozoN. None of the old Adminplus consultants that helped me prior reply to my emails to verify that this handover is ACTUALLY OFFICAL.
