Admin Plu/Telkom

On the 1 February i requested Admin Plus to updated my insurance to a new phone that i received, til today telkom is advising that my insurance has not been updated as ye.

When i ask telkom to update they say then cannot Admin Plus must do it.

when i go back to Admin Plus, they say they do not have the same system as telkom. Now i am caught in the middle, i do not know what to do anymore. i am sitting with a phone that is not covered since Feb.

I am also paying for a insurance for a phone that is not available anymore
