Admin Plus/Finrite/Telkom insurance

Admin Plus has taken over Telkom Insurance claims but are adement that they can't assist me because I claimed a few days before they took over.

Finrite currently has no telkom insurance consultants.

So where does that leave me.

I'm so fed up with bad service and no willingness to assist at every corner.

This is bad business practice.
