Admin Plus won’t replace ****** Device

I have two devices insured by them: one got lost after three years of paying premium consistently. My phone got taken from my car at my secured building apartment block. They say it’s my fault that my phone was ****** because who ever stole it could see.

First, the rejection was that my phone was left unattended. When that couldn’t hold, they moved to my car has no visible forced entry, when that also didn’t hold - they say no, my phone was visible.

I made an honest claim to them - I have been loyal for three years and what I get is blame for my phone being ****** because “it was visible” to the ******* ?
