Admin Plus Trying to create trick to escape from payout

Good day, I submitted my cellphone theft claim since 30 October 2020. All I've heard from Admin Plus is numerous requests for ITC, case number and cellphone number though everything was submitted upon claim submission. After many weeks of silence, Admin Plus comes back to me under pretext that they could not pick my cellphone on the network, I must to send them the box (of the cellphone) and the policy documents, which I did. From that day it has been silence in court because I provided them everything that they requested.

My understanding is that Admin Plus is trying by all means to find ways not to payout this claim but I'm not going to allow them to take me for granted because I've been paying my premium religiously and the device was well taken care of. Unfortunately, the unforeseen event occurred due to the country's realities.

I want my payout ASAP.
