Admin plus telkom insurance

I have never encountered such painful experience with telkom insurance admin plus. I have been waiting for a month for my device to be replaced. Still nothing. They couldn't replace my device and offered a cash payment still now there is nothing. I don’t even know who to call anymore. 💔💔
